Task Broz pty. Ltd. is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service. Please read this privacy policy (the “Policy”) carefully to understand how we use personal information. If you do not agree with this Policy, your choice is not to use Task Broz site / Task Broz mobile application and its related sites, applications, services and goods or any other website operated by Task Broz that links to this Policy (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Policy. The Service will provide you to Post a Task and Perform a Task. Users of the service may be Task Poster's (Clients), Task Doer's (freelancers).
For purposes of this Agreement, “www.taskbroz.com” refers to the Company's website, which can be accessed at [http://www.taskbroz.com/] ,OR [Task Broz] mobile application, which is available in Google play store and App store. “Service” refers to the Company's services accessed via the application or website in which users can [post a task or perform a task].
he terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you (the user) (task doer / freelancer), (task poster / client), as a user of our Mobile Application or website or our Service.
By accessing our [TaskBroz] Application, Website or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and “you consent” to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTION:
Information You Provide To Us:Personal & Non-Personal Information: To access the service, you have to provide us with the information about you, which includes both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information further includes your [email address, first name, last name, contact number, house/work address, date of birth, ABN, ACN, TFN number, Bank details etc.], which you provide us during the registration process.
Non-Identifying Information: Non-Identifying Information may include postal codes, location data, information regarding your use of the Service. We may aggregate information collected from TaskBroz registered and non-registered users. In some cases, we may render personal information into a form of non-identifying information.
General Audience Service and Children's Policy: The application / Service are not directed to anyone under the age of “Fourteen 14”. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 14, or allow anyone under the age of 14 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 14 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Payment Information: If you agree to use the Service to make or receive payments, we certainly collect some payment information, such as credit / debit card or other financial information, and billing address. We may also contact the financial institutions (your banks) if needed.
Identity Verification: We place a premium on trust in our Service, so we may take steps to verify your identity. We may also collect your personal information such as, date of birth, Tax File number, ABN number, Driver's licence, Passport or any other government issued identification document to validate your identity as required by the law. Before a Freelancer or client can complete registration on the Service, or at any time thereafter, we may request or re-request identity verification. Task Broz may use the information obtained from Identity Verification for purposes of verifying your identity, enforcing our Terms of Service and other agreements, and preventing fraud.
Police Check: We may also request you to provide Australian Federal Police Check at the time of registration to make sure everyone's safety on the platform.
User Profiles: Task Poster's or Task Doer's may create a profile, with certain or all information publicly available. Everyone must have an “unique USERNAME”. The information may also include personal and non-personal information like photographs of work, description of work, information on your experience, services, skills, pay rates per hour, feedback or rating information, Certifications. You must also provide your ABN / TFN details and bank details. Endorsement column is also available for the job posters to view about the quality and efficiency of your work. The Certifications column will help you upload your certifications, so that we/users can come to know you are qualified enough to work.
Personalisation: The Personalisation screen will help you to choose your profession(s) for Taskers and the jobs needed for posters. The Personalisation section will contain different fields of jobs. You can choose upto 5 fields at a time. The fields may include, (gardening, carpentry, plumbing, Web Developer, Car Rental, Designer, ). You can also change your personalisation preferences at any time in your settings.
Work Listings through the service: If you choose to post a task via the mobile application, the contents of the task are viewed publicly. Work listings include information such as location of work, budget, date and time of the work, key words, task description, task title and when the work has to be started / finished.
You do not have a statutory obligation to provide us with any information, but you may have a contractual obligation to do so, and if we do not receive certain information from you then you will not be able to access our Service. Third parties may also give us information about you. If we combine that information with the information provided by you during registration, we will still treat that combined information as set forth in this privacy policy.
We also may receive information about you from third parties. For example, we may supplement the information we collect with outside records or third parties may provide information in connection with a co-marketing agreement or at your request (such as if you choose to sign in with a third-party service). If we combine the information we receive from others with information we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected Automatically:Like all other online applications or websites, we also receive technical information when you use or register for our Services. We use these technologies to analyze how people use the service and also make approximate predictions and to improve the functioning of Application / Website. We and our third party service providers, including analytics and third party content providers, may automatically collect certain information from you whenever you access our service. This information may include, the browser and the operating system you are using, the URL or advertisement that you referred to the service, the search engine history, areas you visited in Task Broz, which links you clicked on, which pages or content you viewed, other similar information and statistics about your interactions, such as content response times, downloads and length of visits to certain pages and other information commonly shared when the browsers communicate with the websites. We may also combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. “We do this to improve the quality of services we offer you, and to improve analytics, Application / Website functionality and marketing purposes.
The information we may collect also include Internet Protocol (IP) address or other unique device identifier for any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc) which is used to access the Service, and our servers identify your device by its device identifier. Some mobile service providers may also provide us or our third party service providers with information regarding the physical location of the device used to access the service.
Task Broz and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to analyse trends, administer the application / website, also track movement around the website, the mobile application, and also to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. The technology used to collect information automatically from Task Broz users may include:
Cookies: Like other websites and applications, we and our marketing partners, affiliates, analytics and service providers use cookies to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your mobile phone or computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use both persistent cookies that remain on your computer or similar device (such as to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Service and to track your compliance with the Task Broz Terms of Service) and session ID cookies, which expire at the end of your browser session (for example, to enable certain features of the Service, to better understand how Task Broz Users interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage by TaskBroz Users and web traffic routing on the Service). You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functionality of the Service.
Web Beacons: We and our marketing partners affiliates , analytics, and service providers may also employ software technology known as web beacons / tracking bags to help us keep track of what content of our service is effective and also to serve relevant advertising to you. Web beacons are small graphics with a unique identifier that may be visible to you, and which are also used to track the online activity of internet users. Web beacons are embedded in the web pages you review or email messages you receive. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to our Service, to monitor how Task Broz Users navigate the Service, to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened, or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.
Embedded Scripts: We and our marketing partners affiliates, analytics, and service providers may also employ software technology known as an Embedded Script. An Embedded Script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your mobile or computer or other device which is using the Service, and is deactivated or deleted when you disconnect from the Service.
Social Networking Services: You may register for an account directly with our Site, or through a social networking service. If you register with a social networking service (or later link your account to one), we will collect certain information about you from that social networking service, and what we collect depends on your privacy settings with that social networking service. The Service may also allow you to “like” or share content with social networking services. You may register to join the Service directly via the Service or by logging into your account with a third party social networking service (“SNS”) via our Service (e.g., Facebook, google, apple id and other third party services that let you sign in using your existing credentials with those services).
Even if you login using Social Networking Sites, you have to create your unique USERNAME for Task Broz to access our Service
If you choose to register via an SNS, or later link your account with the Service to your account with an SNS, we will use the Personal Information you have provided to the SNS such as (your name, email address, gender and other information you make publicly available via the SNS) to create your account. Note that the information we collect from and through an SNS may depend on the privacy settings you have set with the SNS and the permissions you grant to us in connection with linking your account with the Service to your account with an SNS. Other than what we may share with the SNS as described below, the Personal Information an SNS has about you is obtained by the SNS independent of our Service, and Task Broz is not responsible for it.
The Task Broz Service may also permit additional interactions between it and a third party website, service, or other content provider, such as enabling you to “like” or share content to a third party SNS. If you choose to “like” or share content, or to otherwise share information from or via our Service with a third party site or service, that information may be publicly displayed, and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of our Service (and we may have access to information about you from that third party). These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with third parties through an SNS or similar features are governed by the respective privacy policies of those third parties. You represent that you are entitled to use your SNS account for the purposes described herein without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern the SNS, and without obligating Task Broz to pay any fees or making Task Broz subject to any usage limitations imposed by such SNS. You can disable the link between your Task Broz account and your SNS account at any time through the “Settings” section of our Service. Please note that your relationship with any SNS is governed solely by your agreement(s) with such SNS. If your SNS account terminates, then functions enabled through the link between your Task Broz account and your SNS account will terminate as well.
Referral program: The referral program may allow you to refer a friend or a colleague, to access Task Broz services. With the referral link they will be able to register with Task Broz to use the services necessary.
Messaging: Freelancers and clients may communicate with each other through the Service. Freelancers may communicate with clients about the Service and type of work and also can check flexibility regarding work through our chat module. Tasker and poster can easily communicate through the chat section on the updates of the task.
Bidding Module: In the bidding module the freelancers may be able to bid on the poster's task that will only be visible to the task poster. So, the task poster may select the suitable bid that has been offered.
The General Data Protection Regulation: The streamline compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Task Broz has posted a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) governing the relationship between the Customer (as defined in the DPA) acting as a data controller or processor, as applicable (and as defined in the DPA), of personal data under Australian Data Protection Legislation; (https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/guidance-and-advice/australian-entities-and-the-eu-general-data-protection-regulation/) and Task Broz (acting as a data processor or subprocessor, as applicable). Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by you and Task Broz, to the extent Task Broz processes any Australian personal data for you as a controller (as defined by the new General Data Protection Regulation ) from 2018 May, in your role as a Customer, the Data Processing Agreement applies.
Feedback: We collect feedback from both Task Broz Freelancers and Clients about their experience with other Task Broz users of our Service. Please note that any feedback you provide via the Service or feedback provided about you is publicly viewable via the Service. On very rare occasions, we may remove feedback pursuant to the relevant provisions of our Terms of Service, including the Terms of Use.
HOW DO WE USE, SHARE & DISCLOSE INFORMATION:
We use information collected through the Service to provide and improve the Service, process your requests, prevent fraud, provide you with information and advertising that may interest you, comply with the law, and as otherwise permitted with your consent.
To provide and improve the Service, complete your transactions, address your inquiries, process your registration, verify the information you provide is valid, and for compliance and internal business purposes.
To contact you with administrative communications and Task Broz newsletters, marketing or promotional materials (on behalf of Task Broz or third parties) and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the instructions in the Your Choices and Rights section, below.
To tailor content we display to you and offers we may present to you, both on the Service and elsewhere online.
To administer and develop our business relationship with you and, if applicable, the corporation or other legal entity you represent.
To assess your proposal to perform a freelance project for Task Broz and prepare related governmental and internal statistics reports.
To enforce and comply with the law, including to conduct an investigation, to protect the property and rights of Task Broz or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, fraudulent, unethical or legally actionable activity.
We may also use Device Identifiers to identify Task Broz Users. For the purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, and as further described in this Privacy Policy.
We may also share information about you to provide the Services, for legal and investigative purposes, in connection with sweepstakes and promotions, or if we are part of a merger or acquisition. We may also share non-identifying information with third parties. You have choices as to whether we share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share aggregated Non-Identifying Information and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information (including, without limitation, Hashed Information) to third parties. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties' marketing purposes unless we first provide you with the opportunity to opt-in to or opt-out of such sharing. We may also share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, or in the following circumstances:

Information about Freelancers Shared with Clients, Task Broz payroll vendors, and partners of the Task Broz pvt ltd:We share information regarding Freelancers who have entered into a contract with a client or who have registered to participate in Task Broz payroll, including information in work diaries and work history, with clients, agencies and Task Broz payroll vendors.We might provide him/her with your name, company address, billing address, TFN / ABN number, in order to complete the transaction or to facilitate the resolution of a claim or dispute. We may share your certifications with clients or when there is a dispute in the efficiency of work delivery and in most required circumstances, when they are necessary. Note that if a Freelancer is suspended from the Task Broz service, we may share that information with clients for whom that Freelancer has worked or submitted proposals for work. We may also share information with clients to whom Freelancers are associated for a particular work project. If you choose to view a job post or submit a proposal for work as a Freelancer via the Service, we may share relevant information with the applicable client(s), including, but not limited to, the information contained in your Freelancer Profile. If you choose to participate in the Task Broz private ltd as a Freelancer, we may share information relevant to your participation in the program with partners of Task Broz who provide support to Freelancers through that program.
Information about Clients and shared with Freelancers:If you have entered into a service contract or agreed to use Task Broz Service with another user / Task Doer, we may provide them with your personal details provided, name, address, location, description of work etc. The user receiving your information is not allowed to use it for purposes unrelated to the transaction, such as to contact you for marketing purposes, or any other unofficial or official purposes unless you have expressly consented to it.
Service Providers:We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and online advertising, payment processing, fraud detection and improvement of Task Broz features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information in order to perform these tasks on our behalf.
What Happens If You Agree to Receive Information from Third Parties or Request that We Share Your Information:You may be presented with an opportunity to receive information and/or marketing offers from one or more third parties. If you agree at that time to have your Personal Information shared, your Personal Information will be disclosed to that third party (or parties) and will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of that third party. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties, and, if you later decide that you no longer want to receive communications from a third party, you will need to contact that third party directly. You also may request, sometimes through your use of a Social networking service or similar interactive feature or third party application, that we share information about you with a third party and we will typically do so under those circumstances.
Task Broz will share information with government agencies as required by law in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements and, including without limitation, in connection with reporting earnings. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, or, at the request of governmental authorities or other third parties conducting an investigation where we determine in our sole discretion the disclosure is necessary to

Internal and Business Transfers:Task Broz may share information, including Personal Information, with its parent company Task Broz Pvt Ltd., and any current or future subsidiaries or affiliates, primarily for business and operational purposes, including activities such as IT management, for them to provide services to you, or support and supplement the Services we provide. We may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets (including, in each case, as part of the due-diligence process with any potential acquiring entity) or in the event of bankruptcy.
Promotions, Sweepstakes & Contests:We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) that may require registration. By participating in a promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness, or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion's official rules, such as on a winner's list.
DATA RETENTION:
Unless you request that we delete certain information (see Your Choices and Rights below), we retain government-issued identification documents you submit to verify your identity for 30 days, a copy of the headshot image from your identity document for 3 years, and other information we collect for at least 5 years. Your information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, we encourage you to routinely update the data to ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date information about you.
THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS PROVIDERS & AD SERVERS:
We may work with advertising agencies and vendors who use technology to help us understand how people use our Application and Website. These vendors may use technologies to serve you advertisements that may interest you. You can choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising. Task Broz works with (or may in the future work with) network advertisers, ad agencies, analytics service providers and other vendors to provide us with information regarding traffic on the Service, including pages viewed and the actions taken when visiting the Service; to serve our advertisements on other websites, within mobile apps and elsewhere online; and to provide us with information regarding the use of the Service and the effectiveness of our advertisements. Our service providers may collect certain information about your visits to and activity on the Service as well as other websites or services, they may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device (including cookies and web beacons), and may use that information to show you targeted advertisements. Some of these parties may collect personal information when you visit the Service or other online websites and services. We may also share certain Non-Identifying Information with these parties, including Hashed Information, in connection with the services they provide to us. If there are any conflicts or misunderstandings between Task Doer's and Task Poster's, Task Broz will support and act according to the information we receive. The one (Task Doer / Task Poster) who proves guilty may have to face serious circumstances according to the nature of the issue. If there is any issue that is stopping the work Task Broz may not provide refunds instantly. There will be a time gap for these issues to be sorted. Please find the above mentioned link to get a brief description about conflicts or to report about a conflict. These might also result in termination of account, or you can go for a review if you are not guilty. The Disputes with regards to the tasks can be raised from the Help icon which can be accessed from any page on the application. There are some general reasons mentioned on what might be the issue, if your dispute does not fall under those reasons you can still raise by selecting a dispute and mention the dispute in the description and you can also add media and submit the issue. Disputes may take some time to resolve.
POSTING & BIDDING MODULE:
The post a task feature/ module will allow you to post a task that needs to be done. Anyone can post a task that has to be done and sit tight for the bids. While posting a task you need to add the task title, description of the task, date to be done, budget, location, and key words. The users can post a task from $9 to $9,999.
The bidding module will allow the Task doer's / Freelancers to bid on the task. The freelancer can update the bid at any time when the task status is open.
Competitive Bid:The poster can anytime make a freelancer bid as a competitive bid. Competitive state will be from 1 hour and lasts for 3 hours. While the task is competitive the task title colour changes and it will attract more taskers.
Cancel Task:The poster can anytime cancel the task. There will be no service fee collected from the poster for posting a task. If the poster cancels a task after assigning it to tasker, there will be a deduction of service fee depending on the task price and $5 standard compensation to the tasker.
Service Fee:There will be a $5 service fee from the task poster and $5 will be given as a compensation to the poster for using Task Broz. There will be a deduction of service fee from the tasker on what the tasker earned. The service fee deduction varies depending on the Task Price. The Taskers need to bid on a task considering the service fee that Task Broz deducts.

Send an Offer:Send an offer will allow the Tasker to send an offer to the poster after assigning the task to the tasker and before the start of the task. Tasker can send an offer after assigning the task and before the start of the task. The offer can be higher or lower than the task price. Poster can anytime accept or reject the offer. Users can chat with each other and get on the same page via our chat module.
Offer Settlement :The poster can send an offer settlement to the Tasker after the start of the task and before completion of the task. Tasker can accept or reject the offer settlement. The offer settlement price can be either higher or lower than the task price.
Disputes:Both Tasker and poster can raise a dispute at any point of time through the help section. Our admin department will assess the dispute and get back to the tasker and poster. Tasker and poster will need to give some time to Task Broz to assess the dispute.
YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES REGARDING THE USE OF PERSONAL INFO:

Data Subject Rights:In accordance with Victorian law, you may have the right in relation to your personal data:
Right of access: If you ask us, we will confirm whether we are processing your Personal Data and, if so, provide you with a copy of that Personal Data along with certain other details.
Right to rectification: If your provided Personal Data is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to ask that we correct or complete it. If we share your Personal Data with others, we will tell them about the correction where possible. If you ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Data so you can contact them directly. You have to provide with any government issued identification if we think it is necessary.
Right to remove: You may ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data, if you are not using the service anymore. If we share your data with others, we will tell them about the erasure where possible. If you ask us, and where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Data with so you can contact them directly.
Right to restrict processing: You may ask us to restrict or ‘block' the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of the data or object to us processing it. We will tell you before we lift any restriction on processing. If we share your Personal Data with others, we will tell them about the restriction where possible. Right to data portability: You have the right to obtain your Personal Data from us that you consented to give us or that was provided to us as necessary in connection with our contract with you. Task Broz takes commercially reasonable steps to help protect and secure your account and to safeguard your personal data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure, however we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information, or that our systems will be completely free from third party interception or incorruptible from viruses. We cannot guarantee that information you send from your mobile / computer to us over the Internet will be protected by any form of encryption (encoding software). In light of this, we cannot and do not ensure or warrant the security or privacy of your personal data, including payment and account details. You transmit your personal data to us at your own risk. WORKPLACE INJURIES / DAMAGED EQUIPMENT:
Task Broz or Task Broz Clients (Tasker / Poster) will not hold responsibility for any kind of equipment damage or stolen equipment. Task Broz will also not hold the responsibility of workplace injuries / deaths of Task Broz Clients / Task Doer's. Task Broz will not pay any sort of compensation to the injured or dead person in any form of money, property, shares etc. Being a third party organisation, our sole responsibility is only to connect Task Poster's and Task Doer's.
